The room I booked was n't been cleaned nor towels replaced and available with CHANGE THE SHEETS and 2 queen beds, as for instance. The location of the hotel was magnificent, right beside a railroad track.

Everything was great, so were pleasant views of the mountains. The hotel provided acceptable prices. The room we got was spotless with an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was unbeatable and incredible, around 10-15 minutes walk from Bow Valley Provincial Park.

Family's Hidden Gems
The breakfast was a good surprise with a wide range of dishes that really satisfied the whole family. We also enjoyed the arcade room, kids laughed and played for hours while we relaxed apart from them.
It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but for a family stay, it was tolerable.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff (reception and breakfast room) was very friendly. The breakfast was very rich with a large selection. The hotel is a good alternative to the expensive accommodations in the national park, at least at the same standard.
There's nothing to complain about.

Can just recommend for a transient stop
Comfortable bed, convenient location, the indoor swimming pool was enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good selection, including pancakes and sausages, and the free Wi-Fi.
There was nothing I didn't like.
